Our Commitment to Accessibility

Learningflex is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

We believe that education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. Our goal is to make our AI-powered learning platform as inclusive and user-friendly as possible for all learners.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Known Limitations

  • PDF documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.
  • Third-party content: Some third-party content embedded in our platform may not meet accessibility standards.
  • AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI tutoring system may occasionally lack proper structure for screen readers.
  • Complex mathematical notation: Some mathematical content may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
